As generative AI services are spreading worldwide, DeepSeek has developed and started providing a new generative AI service. Unlike other services established in Japan, DeepSeek's AI service differs from other services in Japan in that its privacy policy is only available in Chinese and English. Therefore, we provide the following information regarding the contents of the privacy policy published by the company.

(1) Data, including personal information acquired by DeepSeek through the use of this service, is stored on a server located in the People's Republic of China.
(2) The laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China shall apply to such data.
